At Cafémalin, we are particularly proud today. As a sponsor of Lyon Hockey Club’s Lionnes, we would like to offer our warmest congratulations to the entire team on winning the French Élite B championship.
The Lyon players had an exceptional season, marked by impressive consistency and just one defeat in the regular season. Their performance already demonstrated their dedication and ambition, which they went on to confirm in the play-offs.
Having qualified comfortably for the final four, the Lionnes raised their game when it mattered most. They secured three convincing victories in succession: a tightly contested opening match against Nantes, won in a penalty shoot-out (4-3), followed by a controlled win over Montpellier (2-0), before finishing in style against Mulhouse with an emphatic scoreline (5-0).
This title rewards a season in which they were in complete control, driven by a united team, talent and unwavering determination.
We are honoured to support a team that embodies the values of commitment, performance and passion so well. Congratulations once again to the Lionnes on this wonderful achievement 👏
