Frequently Asked Questions
Which vending machines is it compatible with?
Compatible with most vending machines configured for instant tea powder. Tested brands: Necta, Bianchi Industry, Rheavendors, N&W, Saeco Pro, Krea, Kanguro, Colibri. Check the recommended particle size customer service Cafemalin can advise you on compatibility.
Does it contain theine?
Yes — it's instant green tea, obtained through industrial extraction of green tea leaves followed by atomization. It therefore contains theine, approximately 10-15 mg per cup depending on the dilution (less than a classic brewed green tea, ~15-20 mg, due to the atomization process which reduces some of the caffeine). It's a mild stimulant, suitable for a morning or afternoon coffee break at the office. For a caffeine-free infusion (evening, children, pregnant women), opt for a pure fruit or herbal infusion.
Composition — natural or artificial flavorings?
Typical composition of Ristora Green Tea Mint (to be confirmed on the exact label):
- Sugar (major base ~85-88%)
- Instant green tea extract (~6-8 %)
- Natural mint flavor (~3-5 %)
- Acidity regulator : citric acid (E330)
The flavorings used by Ristora are natural according to official documentation. Always consult the label for detailed ingredients, allergens, and exact nutritional information.
Yield — how many cups per kg?
Standard yield ~65 cups per 1 kg bag at a dosage of 15 g per cup (industry recommendation). Variables:
- Dose 12 g (light) — ~80 cups / kg. Less pronounced taste.
- Dose 15 g (standard) — ~65 cups / kg. Recommended Ristora.
- Dosage 18 g (strong) — ~55 cups / kg. Intense taste.
For intensive use (large company office, hotel with continuous coffee break), consider the economical 6 kg pack (~390 cups).
Storage and lifespan?
Sealed sachet: Approximately 12-18 months from the date of manufacture. Store away from moisture, direct light, and at room temperature (15-25°C). Once opened, carefully reseal the sachet or transfer to an airtight container —the powder is hygroscopic (absorbs moisture) and may clump if exposed to humid air. Ideally, consume within 3 months of opening to preserve optimal flavor.
