IF YOU FIND IT CHEAPER ELSEWHERE, WE WILL REIMBURSE THE DIFFERENCE!
You have purchased a product on CAFEMALIN.com. A short while later, you notice that it is sold cheaper by another retailer.
Did you know that CAFEMALIN reimburses you the difference?
If after purchasing a product on our site, you find, within 7 days following your order, an equivalent offer at a lower price, shipping included, on another French website, (Metropolitan France, excluding foreign countries) CAFEMALIN France will refund you the difference in the form of a purchase voucher within 6 weeks after your request.
This purchase voucher is valid for 3 months, usable once on the CAFEMALINsite.
Under what conditions the refund applies:
By price of the new product, we mean the public price displayed on the product sheet of the site, excluding any discount and special promotional offers (sale, discount code, gift certificate, flash sale, crossed-out price, or other).
The price difference refund is subject to the following conditions:
the product must être identical: c’est à say qu’il must être new, of the same brand and of the même modèle (même référence manufacturer)
the offered services must être équivalents: c’est à say among others with the same durée warranty, …
l’offre must être made by a site respecting the réglementation française and in euros.
the delivery conditions must être identical.
The amount of the refund is limité à the value of l’item.
the délai of delivery must not être supérieur à the one proposé by CAFEMALIN France by more than 4 days.
The price difference refund offer does not apply to:
products sold in l’état
products of déstockage
products sold on sites d’enchères, private sale sites, or classified ads.
products sold on place de marchés (market places : Amazon, Cdisount, Go Sport, Alltricks, Fnac, Darty, RueDuCommerce,etc…)
products livrés outside France Métropolitaine
This offer is limited to one refund per person for each product purchased on our site.
How to benefit from the refund:
If you have found, on another French website, a cheaper product meeting all the conditions above, you must send us your refund request via a simple email within 7 days of your purchase by following the procedure below:

in the body of the message, provide us with your order number, the product concerned by the refund request and insert the hyperlink of the cheaper product.
A proof may be requested in the hypothesis where CAFEMALIN cannot verify the indicated price. If you have a photo, a quote or an invoice proving the price seen at the competition, it is recommended to send it as an attachment.
